Service issues at RSAWEB

The staff at RSAWEB has got to be the worst in the country! No connectivity two months later and one BS story after the other. Always shifting the blame to Openserve. I did my relocation application in November 2025, it's 27 January 2026 and I still do not have connectivity at my new address. It's a different story every single time. Just when it looks like it's at completion stage, another issue arises. No-one from Management takes responsibility either! I am still waiting on someone senior to call me since I requested this AGAIN on 26 January 2026. And then they want ask that my WhatsApp message be respectful, yet I haven't received any form of respect from anyone at RSAWEB since my relocation application! It's as if they are pushing for the client to say something inappropriate so they can then say they will cancel the service due to this and their lack of service delivery is just swept under the mat and not dealt with. The worst service ever!!!!!
