Absolutely shocking service!!! I received an email in January stating that my line speed would be increased but so would my bill each month. There was no yes/no option, I was just informed that this would happen effective February. Since the beginning of February, I have certainly been charged the higher amount, however, my line speed has remained the previous speed. I phoned RSAWEB, spoke to someone who told me I would need to download an app to test the speed of my line, then email 3 screenshots as well as ensure my PC/laptop is connected to the internet via ethernet(no Wi-Fi). My laptop doesn't even have an ethernet port. I responded with a screenshot of the speed test I managed to do on my phone, showing the slow speed. I still have not heard a peep out of them, even after following up with another email. So I'm being charged for a product that's not been fully provided. Absolutely disgusting service!! I would give 0/5 stars if it were possible.
