Service Cancelled

A payment arrangement has been made with Aiden in billings.I have the email and chats as prove.Today i paid R745 as i had a balance of R1150 which i was told i can pay over 3 months I even confirmed the arrangement email with Aiden to confirm this and i made contact with him on the 22nd to avoid any cancellation happening and low and behold i just received an sms stating my service has been cancelled.

This is the 2nd time my service has been suspended.What is going on here? Ive been with RSAWeb for over a year and all of a sudden my service just gets cancelled nd pro-rata added yet i never cancelled my service.
