**** SERVICE

Possibly the worst service I have ever received! I had to pay for a package that's not even activated yet since the beginning of November 2020. I had to be the one phoning them to ask what is the status of my line without any help and progress after I ended the phonecall. I asked to cancel my package but still no response from them. I'm going to their office based in Cape town and demanding to speak to a manager about their ****ty service and how they can take your money but they can fix the problems their customers have. Just truly unbelievable **** service
