Saying is you get what you pay for however with this company you definitely dont

So for the last few years i have fibre with RSAWEB now paying for a 500mb/250mb but never ever got that speed. Went to a clients place and they upgraded to exactly the same with telkom they getting full speed. So makes me wonder why the hell am I settling for this inferior service. Logged ticket on the 3rd of Jan and now every day i get a email stated problem has been resolved however speed tests say differently. I have results for the last year which i shared.
