Sanlam Reality - ZERO DISCOUNT

I activated Sanlam reality and I have contacted RSA Web MULTIPLE times and they just don't apply my discount even after confirming it is activated and that the discount will be app**** in the new month. NOTHING. Tired of bad service, horrific communication and just nothing being done.
