Rude staff, un-coached, unwilling to work.

I have been trying for a week now to upgrade my fibre line from RSAweb with Melissa Dube, the service have been dissapointing to say the least. I keep getting excuses that it is Vuma that is the problem, I have made contact with Vuma which have proven to me they are not giving te request through the way it is needed. When calling RSAweb they cheerfully pass the buck back to Vuma which is wrong.

To compare I also have a contract with Wirulink which does exactly the same service within an hour. Makes you think doesn't it?
