Rsaweb/Telkom adsl line cancelation

I had a RSAWEB adsl account for years and they got the application for Telkom also sorted on their end as it was part of the package. When Telkom adsl became nonexistent last year in my area I tried to go LTE through RSAWEB but it was too expensive. I when straight to Telkom. Almost a year later I discovered I am still paying for the Telkom line that RSAWEB app**** for under my name. I called Telkom to cancel but they said the line still registered under RSAWEB. When I called RSAWEB they said they have no record of me canceling the service as if it was separate to the adsl line. That was a month ago and I had to reverse my debit order as it went off again this month!
