RSAWEB's disappointing service

Worst internet service provider ever! Am trying to resolve an issue since the beginning of November. RSAWEB technician blames the hardware and the hardware technician says its a RSAWEB issue. Second router and still no WIFI - for which I am paying. Was kept on hold for 20 minutes due to 'high call volumes' - why am I not surprised? Everything is 'escalated' and nobody follows up on your ticket. Got an email response 2,5 hours after I sent a request to find out what is going on and all I was told they are waiting for a response. Had I not called the technician myself this morning I would still be waiting for a response from RSAWEB. And still no WIFI! And now what?
