RSAweb you are a joke. WORST service provider out there.

Been plagued with poor wifi at my home since RSAweb installed my fibre, 2 months ago, thehave not solved the issue, actually, I have to be clear, they did not even attempt to solve the issue, I advised that either the wifi router is faulty? Or that it is an inferior product. (as my old ****py Telkom adsl wifi router gave me satisfactory wifi) The consultant advised me that RSAweb does in actual fact have better routers, but will cost me. Seems they have this ****ty stuff they pile off onto the new clients, and when it doesn't work, offer to sell you an actual working router for "more money" I smell a rat. Also, referred a neighbor, 2 months later, they still cannot credit the referral to my acc. I think it went to all the different departments, was escalated god knows how many times! And 2 months later, they still haven't figured out how to credit me for the referral. They have a habit of disconnecting your call 5 times before you get through (AFTER holding with your cellphone for 30 minutes at a time) It is ridiculous how bad the service is. If you look at the reviews here, you will see that this is a organization to stay FAR away from. You have been warned. As a result of this first 2 horrible months with them, and almost begging them to sort out this issues, I cannot continue to pay the R1000 a month for something that RSAweb sold me, but refuse to deliver.
