RSAWEB- worst wifi provider and customer service! Still no refund

From other reviews I can see that i am not the only frustrated client of RSAWEB. THIS UNCONSENTED UPGRADE has caused more financial stress than anything else!

My plan was upgraded from R645 to R729 without my consent. Just an email saying they having upgrading all clients from 1 plan to another. It's the second month that I am being over billed. I've been sent from pillar to post , transfered from 1 agent to another with lots of empty apologies and no action at all!! I was promised a refund of the over payment instead I was over charged again! Try calling their call centre....make sure you have enough airtime because you will be holding forever. Their support app doesn't work, the whatsapp number you get told to contact support and when you do eventually chat to someone via chat, yeah....good luck! We are just another ticket that gets closed without being resolved. I will be cancelling my subscription service. Worst provider for WiFi!!
