RSAWEB - worst service ever

I have now spent months trying to get RSAWEB to sort out over charging to my account. It seems that nobody at support /customer service just gives a damn about returning calls. Get moved from one person to next and even the Service Desk Manager just doesn't return calls or emails. after 3 months of me calling and emailing. I would say the worst client / after sales service ever experienced.
