Rsaweb worst isp in South Africa?

Octotel came to install my router. Took 5 hours instead of 2.5. Then I could access wifi, my tv and playstation connected to the internet, but my computer still can't connect to the internet. Yesterday I spoke to Justin (technical), cheslin (manager) and this morning spoke to Kyle. All said they would sort out my problem and call me back, but none have! And i thought mweb were ***********....
