RSAWEB worst customer service every. Be very careful with them!

This business claims to be so good and with one of the best customer support teams around, but I have to say this is not true at all. I have been a paying customer for some time now and recently upgraded my line speed with them and had the worst support ever. You are promised a call back with no such thing. Their internal processes are not been followed even if they claim that a matter has been escalated. The customer need to call back often and the wait for hours on the phone while someone will apparently attend to your call and then you only get promised a call back that never happens. When you call again to follow up, the ticket is not in place or it has been escalated to the logistics team that has no relevance to the issue at hand. They need to address this urgently.
