RSAWEB worst customer service

Worst customer service ever. Waiting since 23 December 2023 for my refund. The manager was on leave, no one could assist me. Got an email to say someone will be in contact with me within 3 to 5 working days... no contact. I phoned them today to hear that my refund was approved but not released. They will only refund me next week.... please do resurge before you make a decision on service providers
