RSAWEB - where connectivity is not their forté

This has been an absolute frustration. I placed an order for my fibre/internet access to be moved on the 12th of October and has since then been referred to the orders team, support team, projects team and after multiple whatsApps, live chats, calls and emails not been provided with the service I am paying for. It is now the 23rd of November and I still don't have internet access. This time due to another one of multiple "issues".

I will not be recommending this company's services to anyone
