RSAWEB - when a service is cancelled and goods returned - get your accounts in order. ELS045

RSAWEB - got a letter of demand - router returned in begining of 2024 Cancelled the service in Jan 2024. Get emails showing account in credit for R 650. Now get a statement and letter of demand for R 3 440. So you have my router - which I am sure someone is using. Now after almost 24 months you demand payment for a service i had cancelled ages ago. I will tell you what you can go do.

Hi Elsie. We’ve reviewed your account, and according to ticket #*** from 2023, the billing details were communicated when your router collection request was logged. When the service was activated, an activation notification was sent, and the setup guide for your router was provided. Please note that billing begins from the date the fibre line is activated by the network provider, not from the date the service is first used. This is why the charges on your account remain applicable.

I do not agree with your reply. I cancelled the service as there was never any service. So how can I be invoiced for 2024 and 2025 when i cancelled the service with you AND returned the router.

Please if i can warm other consumers - the service was appalling - never had one byte of data the entire time and after struggling for 3 months I just ended up cancelling RSAWEB. Now they are also not interested in actually solving the query. STAY AWAY
