RSAWEB what is going on?

We have had really bad connectivity for the last few days. I am using my phone data to write this review. I have tried the client support but can' get through. Then a message comes on that I have requested a call back which I haven't but out of desperation asked for. No call back. What are we paying for? According to their website there are no issues. Please sort this out or we will have to find another provider.
