Spoke with Amanda @5pm, who advised she will be logging tickets on my behalf wrt my billing query: 1. Price adjustment email incorrect 2. the invoice amount quoted and Amanda's info different

its now 19h00 and i have still not received confirmation of these tickets and i am sure no ticket was logged which will lead to the service being suspended for non payment!
