RSAWEB, We say one thing and don't it!

As you all are well aware, Fibre pricing in SA has increased. on the 1st of March RSAWEB sent out a notice stated within 30 days from then prices would change, now here's the catch from the 20th of March you wouldn't be allowed to downgrade or switch services as billing processes start.

After I received this email on the 1st of March, I fought why and that this is against the law. After much pointless leadership emails without any real foresight, I downgrade my services to a 50/50mb line with Monique de Lillie which gave me a price of R755 p/m.

on the 3rd of April, when debts ran guess what??? I wasn't charged that I was billed R975, I have repeatedly reached out and got nothing until this very day.

I think they need a legal fight then maybe Gart Hart would deal with his clients.
