RSAWeb wants to ***** my money
RSAWeb wants to charge me a router fee for a router that I never received. When I signed up for RSAWeb in Mar 2020, let me not even start on how difficult that was to just get connected, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was COVID lockdown. When I placed the order I indicated that I do not want a router, as I already had a router. My order and subsequent invoices, GDB006, also indicated as such and there was no delivery address for the router. Now that I want to cancel my service, they want to charge me for the router I never received.
The lady that responded to my email request insisted that I had the router and that I can return the router if I don't want it anymore and that it was impossible for the service to work without this router "The service would not have been able to go live it was not connected to the router." her words. What utter nonsense!
Trying to phone them is even worse! Tried for two days, get transferred from one person to the next and then eventually the call just drops with some strange voice message at the end.
Eventually getting through to someone that tries to help and promises that her manager will phone me back the same day. Surprise-surprise... no manager phoned me back.
I just have to look at the hundreds of complains on hellopeter to understand that there are MANY people with issues. I should have read hellopeter first I suppose and just gone with Cool Ideas, at least they respond to issues on hellopeter, RSAWeb has not even registered on hellopeter; shows you how much they care…
I will definitely tell everyone I know about this ****py service I've received and to never use RSAWeb; luckily there are many other providers to use.
