RSAWEB Very Poor

The internet has been off since yesterday 1st Feb 2023, they have sent updated SMS's but nothing describing to us what the issue is, just blatenly says there is an outage and technician is busy resolving the issue and the most irritating part is they do not have an ETA on the issue.

So no resolution time, so now today 2nd Feb, we get a sms: RSAWEB engineers have restored service to our customer contact centres *** (Consumer) and *** (Enterprise/Business) Reply STOP to opt out

OUR INTERNET IS STILL OFF AND WE CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUR EMAILS IS NOT BEING RESPONDED TOO.

POOR VERY POOR AND DISAPPOINTING.
