RSAWEB very bad customer service

I have been without internet for 3 days and whenever I called RSAweb they had different reasons as to why I don't have internet even with the last being I haven't made payment but payment was made 2 day prior having this issue. I had to call them multiple times no would update me on anything. Now I am being told I must wait for contractors to come and access my problem but no ETA is given only I should wait
