RSAWEB - unkept promises - temporary suspension of WIFI services

I dealt with Talent Tenaapi of RSAWeb on 1 March 2022. I was specific in only one point. I would be travelling overseas for a couple of months, I mentioned the time frame I would be away and I asked whether my service could be suspended. In fact I repeated it a couple of times. He confirmed that this would be in order. However, 1 month later when I contacted RSAweb, spoke with Kay-lynn Brown I was informed of the opposite. Despite several emails back and forth and me forwarding to her proof of my conversation with Mr Tenaapi, despite a copy of my air ticket, she refused to reconsider to do anything to assist me. I find this very untenable.
