RSAWEB THE MOST RIDICULOUS ISP

If you want a ISP with a goos service don't even think of using RSAWEB they the most unhelpful provider I've ever used .After you made uour first payment to can't get hols off them the phone number is always not available the whatsapp helpline do not answe you they do not have any time to help there clients .They sont give you the speed you pay for .Im on the 25/25 package but i can't even make a video call I've send a message on Monday 4 March and today is the 6th and still no answer i want to cancel but you can't get hold of them it lookes like RSAWEB only have one person working for them and he don't have rime to help his clients so next step is to just block the debit order untill they help me. Please if you want good service RSAWEB is the last ISP you must think of using. MYy pocket rooter give me beter connection then this wifi but they say wifi is faster and better .THAT'S A LIE rother get you a pocket rooter i stream my netflix make video call and my kids is on line and no buffing qnd its much cheaper
