RSAWeb - The ISP Joke of South Africa

It's a shame you can't get them less than 1 star. They're absolutely awful. Easily one of the worst ISP's in SA.

We had zero connectivity for 4 days. We logged ticket, after ticket, after ticket, after ticket and they just passed the buck and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue until we made more complaints to more senior people.

They then ****ed our internet saying we hadn't paid an account, only to be told a day later that they had an accounting error and it was all just an accounting issue.

How ridiculous do you get? An absolute joke.
