RSAWEB are ******* nothing more everything less. They offered me a discount for 4months, in that 4 months they pushes the price up regardless of contractual agreement. They then forgot to remove there discount due to some error on there part and wants to bill me for the error caused by whatever department seems to be shifting blame. I have requested a call back from there management staff via a whatsapp message, via a email, via telecommunications and i guess they just to busy robbing people to respond. Its as if they want to drag out the problem to the point where billing takes place regardless of a dispute neing actioned.
