RSAWeb takes incompetence to whole new level

My account went into arrears, made payment arrangement, after that my service was disconnected x2 under same arrangement, despite confirming each payment with accounts. Accounts manager does not contact me after several requests. I am offline for 5th day in a row, have to pay the 2nd re-connection fee despite honouring payment terms. Currently re-connection is requested at 200mb after I had 500Mb line.
