RSAWEB SUPER **********

RSAweb is ********* & does false advertising. I signed up for 50/5 mbps for R939 pm.The advert was for no activation or installation fees.I don't want to sign a debt order & pay by EFT in advance each month.(March,April & May 2020 done & Proof emailed each time).The first invoice was for R1981.38 which I paid R971.38 for February 2 days & March in Advance.I mentioned to them that the activation/instalation fees In March was inccorrect. I received a statement for R2920.39,which I queried & was told that I must pay R1010 vumatel installation fees .I have told more that 5 persons on email & phone but the insist I must pay the R1010 installation fees.I even went to the extent that I screen dump the advert & send them the advert on Vumatel shop but in vain.Late in April I see that the advert was updated with conditions on activation & installation fees. There accounting department seems like they cannot count ,for in 16 April I received noted that the outstanding amount was R3732.00 at 14h00 to settle in 5days & at 14h05 ,R3803.01 must be settled in 72hours.I spoken to persons in projects department ,support & accounting but my fibre was disconnected on Friday 17 April,I sent a mail to support but no response. I sitting at home with not access to any internet services including mail. I will be cancelling with the "SUPERHERO FROM HELL"
