Firstly, when you cancel your fibre service, they then decide to charge for the router... but OK accepted that. (Afrihost you own the router after 6 months) Secondly, after numerous calls and emails with confirmation, they keep charging after the service was "cancelled". when I complained they apologise and gave a credit note buit no actual credit and then next month debited double the amount. Thirdly attitude of some staff is worse than home affairs.
