RSAWEB Sucks!

I joined Rsaweb because they came highly recommended with the TV streaming service. I received welcome emails, but still had no modem. Lady from Rsaweb contacted me, enquiring if I was happy with service, at which time I told her that I would be even happier if I actually have Internet service because I don't have a modem. Eventually, 5 days before the end of May, it is installed and activated. By this time, Rsaweb had ran a debit order for the month of May. Two days later they ran another debit order. I contacted them via email and phone and all I get is that they will get back to me. Imagine my surprise when another debit order went off beginning of June. I have now paid for 3 months and had only had service for 10 days. I've emailed them twice about my intent to cancel subscription. I was informed that the money the owe me, will be credited to my account. How can it be credited if I am cancelling? I want my money back. I will not recommend Rsaweb at all. For the past 3 days, I have had no Internet. Calling rsaweb or trying to chat to them via WhatsApp is useless. Now (Sat, 15 July 2023 at 17:57) I've been on a phone call without any success. I also made contact via WhatsApp, no joy. I was just informed that their staff works Mon-Fri & will only be able to come to my house on Mon/Tues. Ridiculous service! Actually the worst service ever!
