RSAWeb sucks

This is by far the worst service in terms of customer care and self help. We are currently in the process of moving house and were provided with the incorrect process and information regarding moving our fibre line from our current address to the new address. My spouse has now been charged for cancellation but we have not even moved to our new home. RSAWeb now want us to pay R850 for a cancellation after one of their consultants advised us to send a email requesting cancellation so that the installation can take place at the new address
