RSAWeb sucks

Simple, really. Fibre went down on a Friday afternoon. Took until Monday evening to fix. When the Octotel guy arrived on Monday he said he'd been on duty all weekend and had received no notification from RSAWEB. Now two weeks later my fibre is down again.
