RSAWEB sucks

I have settled my account way before a debit order date & then they still debit my account

I then receive an email on the 07/02/19 stating that my account will be suspended if no payment received. I immediately contacted them and spoke to Yasmina and she said she would look into it and get back to me.......that was 7 days AGO!!!!!

I sent an email last night again requesting that someone senior contacts me, but to no avail

If this is how RSAweb operates with new clients, then I think it's time to leave
