As a follow-up to my review of 12 November 2019, I wish to add that I made enquiries about my account for November / December as I upgraded my service in the middle of the month. My enquiry was dealt with speedily and professionally with a detailed explanation of the transactions on my statement, the incorrect entries and the corrections to follow. I stand by my 5* review.
