The worst possible service, is they make you order new packages and then don't assist with moving your internet. Then your account says there is no order but the service agent says there is. Probably the worst customer service ever. You try and contact them on chat and the chat agents never reply. Then they randomly charge you whenever they want. I have been a customer for two years and honestly, they are cheap but I can see why now. I would rather spend extra on the other companies and no I am taken care of. THE WORST SERVICE EVER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
