RSAWEB - Stay clear of them

This has to be the most pathetic network provider. How can you operate a business with no connection ? This is the 3rd time we have been offline for more than 6 hours and all you get as is feedback "I will call you back", "I don't know" or "we use a 3rd party provider and need to check with them" Please don't tell them you want to cancel because of bad service and no connection, as you will get their favourite response "you have signed a contract and will take legal action against you" even Telkom is a better option
