RSAWeb: Stay Away from them!!!!!

Absolutely horrible after-sale service.

Consultants on their phone lines don't have the technical knowledge to assist you at a time when you need your internet the most. They make multiple promises to contact you and provide feedback and to-date nothing has been fulfilled.

When you call in and enquire whats going on - they advise they are not sure if someone looked at my query.

I was told my query is escalated and someone would call me - even their escalation process yields no feedback - this is after spending 40 minutes on the line with them.

Don't ever claim to have "exceptional" service because your Client service and stakeholder management is the poorest.

I'd rather deal with Telkom to place into context how *********** they are.
