RSAWEB STARTING LOOSE FAITH IN YOU AS ISP

Gave the go ahead to Rsaweb to upgrade my line on the 1 Dec 2021, get told the process will take about 24/48 hours. I waited a week just in case they really busy so i should have patience. 9 days later i decided let me log a case with the tech guy online on the 9 Dec 2021, he then told me someone will contact me regarding the upgrade. 12 Dec 2021 i get email which i rep**** to on the 1st Dec asking if they should proceed with the ticket or close it. i then rep**** to that email if they could please proceed as i have already confirmed and provided reference. Its been 15 days later and i am still waiting for line upgrade no one has contacted me. Come on Rsaweb like i got told by friend you guys are better than other ISP's but i am starting to doubt that.
