RSAWeb shockingly bad services

Worst provider ever!!! Not taking any accountability for tech issues or connection. Fast to send cheap rooter by post and start billing in advance.. No support at all.. Always excuses if you get through.. Except sales they actually answer. First month I needed to pay one of the 3rd party technicians his own private rate fees for onsite assistance.. After few days still during first month no internet for days and RSAWeb not even willing to credit because again they do not do anything because it is 3rd party blah blah... Shocking!! Wish I stayed withTelkom.. Imagine that!!!
