RSAWeb service provider for Metrofibre

So i have had fibre since they rolled out in our Areaso i was offered a better deal via rsaweb and Sanlam reality all said and done due to health complications had to move to a new house because of mould and me having an Auto immune syndrome upon cancelation everything has to be done VIA a link and so i noticed. Price is now almost double i enquired and was informed that it was a special i thsn asked to cancel as i was under the impression im on month to month basis on which i was imformed i have to send modem back of which i dont mind as i allrwady paid to get it than i also have to pay the duration of contract so my husband then said lets finish contract on which once again i spoke to an agent amd was informed at rsaweb a change of address is handled as a cancelation and that i will now pay the new doubled price however we have to add the duration of months plus another 12 months on this new address so according to me consumer protection act says if they wanna hold me to that contract i must pay the 1st fee of the contract they cant now up it and add months i will steongly recomend to not use them when i said im gonna phone metrofibre who is main supplies i was advised it wouldnt be wise doing it RSA web wanna bully people into staying with them please be carwfull of them
