RsaWeb service: just down the road - and gone...

Pity I cannot award RSAWeb less than one star.

Such a shambles!

First they attempt to charge me ordered but undelivered goods.

Then there's discrepancy between them and Vodacom as to whether i do actually have fibre or not.

Then the fibre is installed by Vumatel, who disappears from site soon after informing me that the "Box" outside my house is defective.

RsaWeb couriers a partial delivery to my home, but neglects to include the TP telephone that was also ordered, and doesn't communicate with me in any way as to why this is so, or where my telephone is;

They also include in the above delivery a SIM card that I have not been able to to activate.

After my queries into the Vodacom/RsaWeb fibre availability discrepancy, I was given a contact number of someone who undertook to "make sure" that my issues would be sorted out. Guess what? She doesn't answer, and I cannot leave a message, since I'm informed her mailbox is full...

Service? Pathetic excuses? Plenty.
