RSAWEB service is NON-EXISTENT

I am so unhappy with the service that I receive from RSAWEB. I am with them since November 2018. If I have any problems they always gives someone else the blame. For the past 3 weeks I have latency and very slow internet. I pay for a 50mb download and upload speed. Nobody knows the reason why and no-one wants to help me at all. But the debit order of R909-00 is deducted with no problem. Please never use RSAWEB you are just a number for them and they do not care if you are happy of not. I am going to give 30days notice, because I cannot pay for a service that I do not have and there service is non-existent
