Rsaweb service is appalling

I started trying to get connected through Rsaweb and Octotel on 14 Dec 2022. To date - 1 Feb 2023 - I still am without WiFi. In spite of this I am being charged R485 per month for a service I don’t have and which was advertised as two months for R250 thereafter R485 per month. They do not reply to emails and when I phone I am simply passed around from one department to the next with no solution.
