RSAWEB Selling lies

Worst ISP is RSA ever, I have never experieced such poor service in the mh history of having fibre the one prior I left because the service was bad but not this and I will happily go back instead of this nuisance I am experiencing. I started on the 3rd of Feb and I noticed that everytime I am watching tv its bufferring and i decided to check the speed and everytime i check the speed every day its less than 20/20 both upload and downlaod. I signed up for 50/50 UPLOAD and DOWNLOAD and paid for that and I not receiving that. When I called the technical department the agent WOW is so rude and has the decency to tell me that I must check what cellphones activity are causing the line to be slow and that I cannot be palying games thats why the speed is slow. Iyoo mind you a technical person hahaha, on a 50/50 the speed should be able to handle that and I am not a technical person. then the retention department has the odesity to tell me should they resolve my problem then wiLL I stay. The answer is NO i work hard for my money and when I buy 50/50 I EXPECT to get 50/50 and when you as a ISPare bold to put a stament on the internet saying you are the best in RSA and there is no throttle on the speed then its leggally binding me as a client who is paying for the service should get exactly what they paid for and not **** to just because what you will threaten me with with the installation costs. NEVER I am not liable for that because I am not receiving.
