these people were not able to assist me with a WIFI connection that i app**** for from them, yet they still go on to send me an invoice and a statement, when asking them what is this deduction for, no one can give an answer, they all admit that I don't have any services with them yet they more than happy to invoice me.

ridiculous bunch of idiots, from the call centre to the account and everyone else working for theis company, all bunch of idiots.
