RSAWEB - reconsider before signing up with them. Read reviews that they ignore

RSAWEB has the online chat as well as WhatsApp functionality but no-one responds to either. You email and they send you a reference number but that is it. No one comes back to you. Of all the times I had a network issue, I had to struggle and call for days. But they don't come back to you if you just log the call. People should carefully consider signing up with them because good customer service does not exist.
