RSAWEB RANDOMLY DEDUCTS 3 X MY MONTHLY PREMIUM

Was only supposed to deduct R 763.04 from my bank acccount but now instead they automaticaly deducted R2325.20 from my babk accout + I have to pay an additional R105 to pay because the debit order did not go through. And NOBODY can tell me why this has happend or why they wanted to deduct more than 3 times what they were supposed to download. And this is not the first time that this has happened unfortunately. And their accounts section can not say why their own system did this and I cannot cancel my account because the sneakily included in the terms and conditions that you sign a 36 month contract. Then when you complain and try to find out why this has happend then they want to know when you can make a manual payment. They absolutely DO NOT have the customers best interests at heart. As long as they get their money they don't give a damn about their customers.
