RSAWEB provides no effective wifi service

I am highly upset to be sitting without wifi for days on end I can't get hold of anyone on the phone I am wasting my airtime daily tried getting help through Twitter but I am just told to wait yet I cannot do any tasks I'm paying my subscription monthly without fail but RSAWEB fails to deliver services and is in constant breach of contract
