RSAWeb: Poor Service to Spectacular Service in a day

I've been having intermittent internet issues and been trying to get hold of RSAWeb forever but end up waiting forever.

Today I was lucky, and I spoke to someone (finally) who led me to spend half of my day looking for another ISP due to his abruptness and then transferring me to nobody. His name was Rodger (or at least that's what he told me).

Called again, got to a Kyle who was much better than the previous gent. Called back again to enquire about cancelling and spoke to Razia who's professionalism overshadowed any previous interactions. She assured me someone will contact me to assist with the connectivity issues.

Got called within the time agreed and spoke to Stacy who was probably the best technical support person I've ever spoken to. She was patient and assisted me with all the queries.

@RSAWeb, you have two ladies who saved you a loss of a customer today and I hope you recognize them accordingly. Rodger, well I guess he should be taught some phone etiquette.

Thanks for employing amazing staff, at least most of the time.
